Fresh Jasmine flower buds are layered in during the roasting process to impart this oolong the fragrant scent of Jasmine. Just before finishing, a further Jasmine Extract is added to give the already fragrant oolong tea the final layer of scent. This is a light oolong, if you are expecting a dark or strong Chinese style oolong, this is not for you.
A whole leaf and easy to drink oolong. This oolong brews to a beautiful light golden yellow, with a smooth and slippery and pleasant mouth feel. Use hot boiling water to brew our oolong. 3 minutes of steeping time or longer. Capable of multi brewings. Excellent for cold brews. Cold brewing will minimize the caffeine.
